How to Give Me Secure Accountant Access in QuickBooks Online (Desktop Instructions)
Please follow these quick steps from a computer (not mobile) to securely grant access:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online at https://qbo.intuit.com
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Select Manage Users
- Click the Accounting firms tab on the left
- Click Invite
- Enter my email: mawsbookkeeping@gmail.com
- Click Save / Send Invite
This gives me secure accountant-only access — you stay in full control as the admin.
Once you send the invite, please let me know so I can confirm access and begin reviewing your books immediately.
